January 6 - March 24 Tuesdays (11 weeks),
Pre-Season Training Class, 6:30pm-7:30pm
(No class on Jan 27th because we are having our Membership Meeting that night.)
BCRC offers a free pre-season training class to all Machestic Dragons team members
(current and prospective). YWCA Princeton Light Exercise Room. Registration is required (call BCRC at 609-497-2100 ext. 349). Spaces still available. Lead by qualified instructor who is also a breast cancer survivor.
